Yes. An online fax service sends a PDF from your computer or phone to any fax number. The other office gets a normal fax. You can also receive faxes as PDFs by email with a fax number from such a service.
Is faxing still used?
Yes, mostly by clinics, insurers, law offices and government offices. They often accept faxes because a fax is a direct line to one office. When they also accept secure email or a signed PDF, that is usually faster.
What do I need to send my first fax?
